Booking Terms and Conditions
Centre Support Training (CST):
As part of our annual support programme a provider in membership with Open Awards is entitled to 3 free places per year between *1st August – 31st July to utilise as they wish on the following two training sessions:
- Introduction to Delivery and Assessment
- Introduction to Quality Assurance
Additional places for the above can be booked subject to availability at a cost of £50.00 per person. *NB: free sessions must be utilised within one academic year and cannot be accumulated.
CST also offers FREE Administration training sessions.
Due to the popularity of the sessions and to be fair to all centres places are limited to 2 persons per centre per session.

Events:
In addition to the above training Open Awards also run events throughout the year. As a member of Open Awards you are invited to attend any of the events advertised on our training calendar. Unless otherwise stated all events are FREE.
An Open Awards booking form must be completed for all training and events advertised on the training calendar. If you are not booked on a session you will be turned away.
Cancellation/Non Attendance: A fee of £30.00 per person will apply to the following;
- Cancellations – receipt of notification of withdrawal from any event or training session within 3 working days of its commencement.
- Non Attendance – where a delegate fails to attend an event or training session.
Cancellations must be in writing to bookings@openawards.org.uk at least 3 working days prior to event or training session commencement.

Transfer / Substitutions (only applicable to training sessions):
*Transfer of your place may be made free of charge to one other date; any subsequent transfers will incur a £15.00 administration charge. Transfers must be in writing to bookings@openawards.org.uk at least 3 working days prior to session commencement. Transfers received after this period will be considered as a cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply. Transfers are subject to availability.
Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the commencement of the session.

Open Awards reserves the right to cancel a session or event due to low attendance up to 5 working days prior to session/event commencement.
