External Quality Assurance
Quality Reviewers will make regular visits to all centres. During these visits they will:
- Monitor the centre’s compliance with the centre recognition agreement by reviewing course documentation, meeting managers, tutors, internal verifiers, learners and administration staff.
- Identify any staff development needs
- Ensure that all procedures are being complied with
- That the award of credit/qualifications is secure
- Report to Open Awards on all visits/meetings
