Our approach to Quality Assurance starts before a centre runs any of our qualifications. We need to be sure that there are in place robust quality assurance systems. We undertake a risk assessment to ensure that Internal Quality Assurance supports the safe and secure award of credit. We employ a team of External Quality Assurance staff, our Quality Reviewers, to work with centres on quality improvement. Where a centre can show it meets our standards for quality assurance then we can give you Direct Claims Status, allowing you to sign off the award of credit and moving the external quality assurance to a lighter touch.
We support centres and offer training in the assessment of learners and verification of awards.
