Registrations and Awards
Once you are approved to offer our Qualifications/Courses and have notified us of this using the New Qualification Notification form or the New Course Notification form (both are available for download through our Secure Portal), you can register your learners online.
The Open Awards Web Portal (Mosaic) is our online administration service where you can register your learners, track registrations, produce your RAC’s and upload results for learners through our secure online portal. To use this service you must be a Recognised Centre and have a username and password provided by us. Please contact your Customer Services Administrator if you experience any difficulties accessing the portal.
To log onto the portal click the Login button which appears at the top of each page of our web site.
Early registration is required to ensure that the award of credit for learners can be completed quickly and efficiently.
